The Holistic Approach

Through Somatic Movement, you will learn how to get in touch with your internal self and cultivate coping skills to intervene when intense emotions, stressors, or trauma surface.  


Somatic Movement helps you creatively engage with emotional, physical, and cognitive processes through movement. 

 

This form of healing can be beneficial to couples who are looking to take their intimacy to a new level by strengthening their spiritual and emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.   

Cleansing Breath

Depression, stress, and anxiety are some of the most common and disconnecting emotions that we can experience. It often times effects all aspects of our lives; including our love ones. 


In Raw Form Healing offers holistic methods for alleviating depression, anxiety, and pain; helping you to regain your grounding and recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had or have always desired to achieve.


Erica LaShawn uses unique breath work and grounding instruction to help her clients connect, release, and restore their mind body and soul.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events.    Audio stories have the power to boost our moods and disrupt negative thinking patterns. Psychology Today notes that for “those of us prone to anxiety and depression . . . listening to someone tell a story can help by replacing negative thoughts with something else inspiring.”

This session is all about connecting to your whole being. Healing dance does not diagnose and does not cure diseases in the medical sense; it is a holistic approach to promoting overall wellness that influences body, perception, thinking and behavior to trigger growth. In this class you will learn to connect with and nurture yourself. Through somatic movement, mindfulness, and expressive dance technique you cultivate coping skills to intervene when intense emotions, stressors, or trauma triggers

Partner Intimacy Session

 Experience your partner on a new level of intimacy through bonding beyond the bedroom.   You will connect with your partner on a deep level through an exchange of energy, movement, and non verbal communication.  This session heightens a couples Emotional intimacy while strengthening trust and overall communication so both partners feel secure and loved. 

Corporate Somatic Workshop

 Our corporate somatic movement workshops offer a unique approach to employee well-being, combining education and experiential sessions that focus on reconnecting the body and mind. mindfulness meditation session

Mindfulness is about putting life's juggling balls down and being truly present with self. How often do you pay attention to your breathing, body movement or even thoughts?   

You  will learn the technique of grounding and what it means to be present with self through breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the mind reducing stress in the body.  Think of it as a mind massage! 

 The In Raw Form Guided meditation collection truly helps to affirm positive thoughts of self and rewrite the messages that have held you captive. Audio affirmations help soothe the spirit as you ground yourself along your healing journey.
